Return Process

  Log into your PokeRand account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a printout of your return authorization form.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
